Another Demonic Doorway to Be Aware Of!

I looked up a few bits of information on Tai Chi, since every time I turn around, there’s seems to be a video or informercial of sorts on social media, pushing people to now also do Tai Chi as a form of exercise, besides Yoga. That set off some alarm bells in me to do this research.

Yoga has already been proven to be a demonic doorway; ex-psychics (like Jen Nizza) and exorcists (Fr. Chad Ripperger, Msgr. Stephen Rossetti, Fr. Carlos Martins) will tell you straight out that even while practicing Yoga for purely physical exercise, it STILL will open demonic doorways because of its spiritual ROOTS.

Tai Chi unfortunately, has the same dangerous patterns—though many love the benefits from the physical and meditative practices Tai Chi offers, YET because there is a clear opposition in its origins to what the Bible preaches and teaches about the LORD God being the true Creator of the Universe, and the fact that Tai Chi’s breathing and meditative practices resemble many of the demonic New Age cultic practices like Yoga, it is NOT recommended that a person engage in such exercises.

Here is the information that I pulled up from the web. As usual, be INFORMED and be WARNED.

What religion does tai chi come from?

AI Overview

Tai Chi is most strongly associated with Taoism (Daoism), a Chinese philosophy and religion focusing on living in harmony with the Tao (the Way). It is deeply influenced by Taoist principles of balance, specifically Yin and Yang, as well as the cultivation of Chi (internal energy).

Key associations and roots include:

  • Taoist Philosophy: It is often described as a “moving meditation” that applies Taoist concepts of energy flow and balance to the body.
  • Origins: Historical accounts often credit the creation of Tai Chi to Zhang Sanfeng, a legendary Taoist monk.
  • Cultural Blend: While rooted in Taoism, Tai Chi has also been influenced by Buddhist thought (specifically from the Shaolin tradition) and Chinese medical theories, though Taoism is the primary spiritual foundation.
  • Philosophical Focus: It is often practiced more as a practical philosophy or health-promoting, internal martial art rather than a rigid religion.

FROM GOTQUESTIONS.ORG:

Question: “What is the Christian view of Tai Chi (TaiChi)?”

Answer: Tai Chi is more specifically called Tai Chi Chuan, which can be translated as “supreme ultimate fist.” Tai Chi is a martial art, though it’s often called a “moving meditation” since the movements are done slowly and deliberately, and it is taught more as a meditative and health-enhancing practice than as a martial art. Though its origins are unclear, the foundation of Tai Chi is the Taoist belief in a universal energy called chi (also spelled qi or ki depending on the language of origin). Chi is believed to be the binding life force in the universe, existing both externally and internally, moving through invisible channels in the body called meridians.

Taoism teaches that strengthening and reinforcing one’s inner chi will bring good health and long life as well as spiritual benefits. Certain breathing techniques, meditations, and bodily movements are taught to cultivate and enhance the chi. This belief is the basis of Tai Chi.

There is no supreme God or Creator in Taoism; all originated from the Tao, which is an impersonal principle or source of creation.

From the Tao came yin and yang, two forces that manifested in creation. These forces appear opposite but actually are in a state of constant flux, merging with each other. The chi flows more harmoniously when yin and yang are balanced; this balance is brought about through special diets, herbs, exercises, breathing techniques, and bodily movements. Tai Chi, therefore, has a worldview at odds with the Christian worldview. Tai Chi is based on a Taoist spiritual view of the body and the chi, and how to enhance the chi, a view incompatible with how the Bible tells us we were made—in God’s image (Genesis 1:27).

Jesus Christ created and holds the world together, not the Tao or an invisible force called chi: “For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together” (Colossians 1:16-17). Doing Tai Chi, even for physical purposes, is paying homage to a spiritual belief system at odds with God’s Word.

Is tai chi forbidden by the Catholic Church?

AI Overview

Tai Chi is not explicitly forbidden by the Catholic Church, but its practice is subject to caution. It is considered acceptable if treated strictly as a physical exercise for health and relaxation, but immoral if it involves adopting Taoist religious beliefs, such as channeling energy (chi), pantheism, or eastern spiritual practices.

Key Considerations for Catholics:

Physical vs. Spiritual: The physical movements and martial arts aspects are generally acceptable.

Theological Conflicts: Practices that involve manipulating energy (chi) or subscribing to Taoist philosophy (pantheism) are incompatible with Catholic doctrine.

Avoiding Superstition: Catholics should avoid practices that involve bowing to spiritual figures, using talismans, or treating it as a path to enlightenment.

Recommendation: Many advise ensuring the instructor focuses purely on fitness and does not incorporate Eastern mysticism. (I personally would NEVER do Tai Chi or Yoga because of the obvious demonic roots of those practices!)

NETT note: I also added a pic of the list of “False Religions and Philosophies” from the “Deliverance Prayers For Use by the Laity” by exorcist Fr. Chad Ripperger that I have spoken often about. You can see for yourselves in black and white, that ALL these lead to demonic doorways opened in a person, which then binds them from getting close to the TRUTH of God’s Word, especially when they start to seek the Lord Jesus out.

Those demons IN the people who regularly practice such exercises, and who are working THROUGH them, will make sure they do NOT get saved, unless they are being prayed for by others, and/or those individuals seek help for deliverance to set them free from the many demonic strongholds preventing them to have salvation through Jesus Christ. As it is written, “NO MAN comes unto the Father, but by ME” (Jn. 14:6); and Acts 4:12 also reminds us, “And there is salvation in NO ONE ELSE, for there is NO OTHER NAME given among men by which we must be saved.”  The Lord Jesus IS the ONE and ONLY WAY to be set free and delivered from any and all demonic doorways that have been opened up in a person’s life, no matter which avenue the devil and his demons may have used TO get into the person.

In that list from the book, you can plainly see that Taoism and Karate-Martial Arts are mentioned there, as well as Yoga (as I have also spoken about before being a demonic doorway).

I like that ISLAM is also clearly included in that list as a false religion/CULT. Apparently some Christian religious leaders and clergy these days have forgotten that it IS a demonic doorway, leading to billions of human souls going to the Lake of Fire (Rev. 20:11-15). THOSE RELIGIOUS LEADERS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for the souls that are lost in any and all types of cults/false religions that the clergy did NOT warn their laity about from the pulpit!! Christ WILL vehemently judge them, for it is written in James 3:1 and also Hebrews 13:17, that they WILL “have to give an account” for what they taught (or didn’t teach) the congregations that as a shepherd to his flock, did not minister rightly unto them.

Luke 12:48 always comes to mind when speaking and warning about such things—“…Everyone to whom much was given (the responsibility of a ministering shepherd caring for a flock of believers), of HIM much will be required…” Also, Ezekiel 3:17-21 and 33:1-9 (passages that I as in the office of a prophet such as my brother Ezekiel before me, take VERY seriously!) also do apply to EACH and EVERY SINGLE Pastor, Priest, Preacher, biblical Teacher—whatever “label” or “title” they fall under—they WILL be held accountable to the Lord Jesus Christ at the Time of the Judgment, if they did NOT inform and WARN their congregations/disciples/students of what the Word of God plainly stated about such evil and wicked practices, that ultimately kept those individual souls from seeking out the Lord Jesus, repenting of their sins, and becoming a child of the living Most High God. IF those people were led on paths of lies and deceit instead of being told the TRUTH, not only will those souls unfortunately be eternally lost in the Lake of Fire, but the CLERGY that did not inform and warn them, WILL ALSO end up in that Lake of eternal destruction!

In closing, I copied and pasted from Blue Letter Bible, Ezekiel 3:17-21 here so you can PLAINLY see it for yourselves:

[Eze 3:17-21 ESV] 17 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel. Whenever you hear a word from my mouth, you shall give them warning from me. 18 If I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, in order to save his life, that wicked person shall die for his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand. 19 But if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, or from his wicked way, he shall die for his iniquity, but you will have delivered your soul.

20 Again, if a righteous person turns from his righteousness and commits injustice, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die. Because you have not warned him, he shall die for his sin, and his righteous deeds that he has done shall not be remembered, but his blood I will require at your hand. 21 But if you warn the righteous person not to sin, and he does not sin, he shall surely live, because he took warning, and you will have delivered your soul.” BE INFORMED, and BE WARNED, beloved. The Time of Christ’s Return gets shorter with each passing day. NO ONE knows when He’ll return, but MUCH MORE will happen to this Earth according to Revelation chapters 6-18, which have NOT YET occurred. But KEEP WATCH and PRAY always, so that you will not be among the deceived, thinking that God’s Word will not come to pass; His Word IS truth (Jn. 17:17), and He WILL RETURN, so keep your lamps lit and be READY at all times!
